Guided meditations
These can be done seated, reclined, as you like. Be sure to be comfortable but not collapsed, able to breath freely in your belly, long neutral spine with its natural curves, and warm enough. Consider adding support under your knees, an eye pillow or breathing bag if you are reclined.

Short yoga sequences
You can use these as your daily practice or as a warm-up to other activities. We’ll use a strap, a block, a ball (I use a dog ball), plus possibly a cushion or a chair. Enjoy!
Also, in these corona times stress levels are up… so each of these can be a way to down-regulate your stress, find more ease, through focused attention on your breath and your body-temple. Listen in to your body: learn to decipher its whispers and you don’t have to listen to it holler!
